 Steve Bailey is a former CPA and tax partner of the international accounting firm of Grant Thornton. He is admitted to the state bars of Alabama and California. He has been designated a specialist in Estate Planning by the Alabama State Bar and a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar.
Steve holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Masters of Science in Taxation form Georgia State University, and a J. D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He is currrently pursuing a LLM in taxation at the Univeristy of Alabama Schoo of Law.
Steve limits his practice to trusts and estates; asset protection planning; and government benefit planning. Mr. Bailey advises clients on family wealth accumulation and protection strategies that emphasize protection of assets from creditors, predators, and taxation.
Steve resides with his wife, Cindy, in Anniston, Alabama. They have one daughter who resides in Vestavia will their grandson and three daughters who are either in school or just establishing their careers in Boston, San Francisco, and Sacramento. Steve and Cindy are active members of Grace Episcopal church in Anniston. |
